Queen's Bounty Honey Lemon Ginger Tea Cocktail


1 earl gray tea bag

1 lemon ginger tea bag

¼ cup Queen’s Bounty Blackberry Honey

1 large lemon

Pot of boiling water

3 ounces rye whiskey

1 ½ ounces ginger liqueur (Domaine de Canton)

1 ounce limoncello

3 dashes aromatic bitters


Cut two wheels from the lemon for garnishes, then juice the rest of the lemon.

In a large stirring glass, pour the Queen’s Bounty Blackberry Honey, lemon juice, rye whiskey, ginger liqueur, limoncello, and bitters. The contents should fill about half the mixing glass.

Stir the contents the best you can, the honey will not mix in well yet.

Fill the mixing glass with boiling water and stir vigorously to mix the honey.

Pour the mix into two mugs. If a more dilute cocktail is desired, add more hot water to taste. Garnish with lemon wheels.
